Privacy note: this website sets no cookies and has no tracking or third-party scripts. The only script on the site is the one on this page, and it only sends this form to our own server. See the privacy policy for what is kept.

We keep your message, your email and your name (if given) until you ask us to delete them. We do not save your network address with it.
Technical support & bug reports
A problem with the add-on, search indexing or the browser side panel?
- In-app feedback: If it happens during a chat turn, click Feedback in Ostella's sidebar to send the turn and card details to the developer.
- General support: Use the form above and tell us your operating system, Anki version and what happened.
- Diagnostics log: In Ostella, open Account and setup, click Copy diagnostics, and paste the result into your message.
Account & data deletion requests
Under the privacy policy, you can ask us at any time to delete your server-side account records, spending logs, optional contact information and submitted feedback.
- Local computer data: Remove the add-on from Anki and delete the Ostella folder in your Anki profile.
- Server data deletion: Use the form above. Write from the email you gave Ostella, or include the random account ID shown in Account and setup.
